University Corporate Center Development Master Plan

Buffalo, New York

The original master plan was developed as the winning entry to a design competition for a 32 acre Class A office park. The concept was to create a memorable image from the expressway views by using distinctive large scale architecture elements, which could be recognized and understood at 60 miles per hour. By contrast, the interior of the office park was given a much more pedestrian scale and the buildings were organized around a central 'Town Square' embellished with extensive landscaping, brick pavers and intimate seating. The first two phases were combined and constructed together as a result of the interest from tenants.

Multiple awards have been granted including "Building of the Year" from Greater Buffalo Building Owner's and Manager's Association, for 100 Corporate Parkway.
